Video-based Language learning software
You may have great computer labs, but do you have software to take advantage of that for language teaching? Can the computer labs at least do what traditional language labs used to be able to do, such as recording role-plays and replaying them? It's been several years since it became possible to play digital video comfortably on a computer. Video has always been regarded as a great resource in foreign language teaching. How many software packages are there that you can buy and utilize today for your language? Do any of them allow you to create custom lessons with video clips you have?
VICTORY Author is a software program that allows you to create and edit five different exercises centering on your own video clip. Finished lessons can then be presented with VICTORY to your students.
